What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and any note you add to the order.
If you contact us through Telegram, we hold that conversation and your Telegram account name so we can answer you and match the conversation to your order.
If you sign up for restock alerts we hold your email address, and nothing else.
What we never hold
We do not hold card numbers, CVV codes, bank passwords or any payment credentials. Payment happens in your own banking app, not on this site, so those details never reach us and cannot be stolen from us.
Why we hold it
Solely to process, deliver and support your order, and to answer you when you get in touch.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
The delivery company handling your parcel receives your name, address and phone number, because otherwise it cannot be delivered.
Our website and database are hosted by service providers who process this data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and for handling any later dispute about that order.
Restock alert emails are kept until you ask us to remove you.
Your choices
Ask us on Telegram and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Restock and newsletter emails can be stopped at any time by asking us.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work — remembering your basket and your session. We do not run advertising trackers.
