How your cards are packed
Every card goes out sleeved and toploaded, inside a rigid mailer. Graded slabs are packed sealed, in protective wrap.
We pack for the post office, not for the photograph — cards are protected against bending and moisture in transit.
When it is sent
Orders are dispatched 1–2 working days after payment clears.
We will confirm on the day it goes out and give you the tracking details.
Delivery time and cost
Delivery cost depends on where you are and how much you are ordering, so we quote it on Telegram before you pay. There is no charge added afterwards.
Inside Cambodia, delivery usually takes a few days. International delivery takes longer and varies by destination.
Every parcel is sent tracked.
If a parcel is lost or damaged
Tell us on Telegram and we will chase the courier with you. If a parcel is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we refund or replace it — see Returns & Refunds.
Customs and import charges
For international orders, any import duty or tax charged by your own country is payable by you. We cannot predict or refund those, and we do not mark parcels as gifts.
